Michelle Verco – Director

Michelle has been working with M.E.S. since 2004 as both a structural and civil engineer and has been the Director since March 2017. Michelle is a chartered engineer. Her experience includes full structural design of commercial and residential buildings and civil design of roads and drainage structures. Michelle is an accredited Road Safety Auditor and Restricted Access Vehicle Route Assessor. Michelle also has a bachelor degree in Applied Science – Biodiversity, Environmental and Park Management, ensuring that important environmental factors are given appropriate consideration during the engineering design phase of a project.

Trevor Mace – Specialist Engineer

Trevor is a chartered engineer and is the founding Director of M.E.S. in 1995. Trevor has over twenty years’ experience in planning, traffic, road design, construction and project management with DPTI.   With M.E.S. he has further developed his level of knowledge in these areas and is very experienced in project managing and being a member of multi-disciplinary teams. Trevor has extensive geotechnical knowledge of the Mid North Region.

Scott Kuerschner – Civil & Structural Engineer

Scott graduated from The University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural) after completing his studies in 2013. Scott commenced work with M.E.S. in February, 2014 and has undertaken a range of civil design and structural design. He is involved in geotechnical site work, local government road and civil design, project management, design of footing systems, residential and commercial structural design and site inspections.

Jordan Rule – Design Engineer

Jordan graduated from University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural) (Honours) after completing his studies in 2017. Jordan commenced work with M.E.S. in November, 2017 and has undertaken a range of civil design and structural design. He is involved in geotechnical site work, design of footing systems, residential and commercial structural design and site inspections.
