Residential House – Spring Gully

This Architecturally designed home is a two storey structure with a suspended concrete slab. The structure was designed to minimise the amount of cut and fill required on a very steep site. Mace Engineering Services were commissioned to undertake the Civil and Structural Design including retaining walls, suspended concrete slab, footings and structural steel work. A geotechnical assessment was also undertaken to design the On-Site Wastewater Management system for the site.
